INVITATION
JT&A is pleased to invite scholars, researchers, academics, and practitioners in the field of culinary arts, hospitality, gastronomy, food product development, and related disciplines to submit their manuscripts for publication in Volume 2, No. 2, 2026, scheduled to be published in September 2026.
This issue welcomes original research articles, applied culinary studies, product development papers, literature reviews, and scholarly works that contribute to the advancement of culinary arts and hospitality knowledge.
Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts that demonstrate clear academic contribution, methodological rigor, practical relevance, and alignment with the scope of JT&A.
