Journal of Toque and Apron (JT&A) was first published in 2024 which is an online version of the journal with 6 monthly issues. The Journal of Toque and Apron (JT&A) is managed independently by the Makassar Tourism Polytechnic Culinary Arts Study Program. In general, the existence of this journal aims to improve the quality of publications of the academic community of the Study Program.
