ARTICLE TYPE 

JT&A publishes three types of articles: 
1. Original Research Articles 
2. Conceptual-Theoretical Articles 
3. Culinary Critical Discourse Article 

Original Research Articles are papers based on various research results. For this type of article, JT&A expects fresh research with originality and novelty of knowledge. 
Conceptual-Theoretical Articles are papers in the form of new perspectives in identifying, understanding, and explaining culinary phenomena. 
Culinary Critical Discourse Articles are opinion papers that seek to provoke and encourage calls to action on important scientific, political, ethical, as well as social and cultural issues.
