JT&A Article Types

To meet the needs of writers and JT&A's desire to ensure the availability of scientific papers under culinary issues with a broad scope, making JT&A not only publish research articles but also review articles, perspective articles, methodological articles, opinion articles, and commentary articles.

Research articles are articles with content that is entirely sourced from the results of the latest scientific research conducted either through the application of qualitative, quantitative, or experimental research approaches, with results that have significance and/or cruciality to various issues in the study of culinary arts, culinary business, and/or culinary tourism.

Review article is an article with content in the form of the results of a review of a research article or scientific book, where the content in the research article or scientific book being reviewed has significance and/or cruciality for the purpose of developing the study of culinary arts, culinary business, and/or culinary tourism. 

Perspective articles are articles with content in the form of conceptual-theoretical perspectives sourced from in-depth studies of various research articles and/or scientific books, the results of which are considered significant and/or crucial for the purpose of developing the study of culinary arts, culinary business, and/or culinary tourism.

Methodological article is an article with content about methodology sourced from literature review and/or experience in research that has significance and/or cruciality in the study of culinary arts, culinary business, and/or culinary tourism.

Opinion article is an article with content about discourse that is formed based on scientific principles, with high significance and/or cruciality in the assessment of issues of culinary arts studies, culinary business, and/or culinary tourism.

Commentary article is an article with content about culinary social-arts phenomena that are examined with reference to scientific principles, where the results of the review are considered significant and/or crucial in order to encourage the implementation of scientific research.

JT&A Publication Models

JT&A has three publication models: general, specific, and proceedings

General Publication is a publication model with various types of JT&A articles written by authors both scholars and practitioners.

Specific Publication is a publication model in the form of a research article, perspective article, and/or methodological article written by students of the Culinary Arts Study Program - Makassar Tourism Polytechnic

Poster Publication is a special publication model for scientific papers in the form of scientific posters written by students of the Culinary Arts Study Program - Makassar Tourism Polytechnic
