Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Wisata Andalan Lembanna bertujuan untuk
meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam mengelola homestay, menjaga
kebersihan destinasi wisata, dan mengembangkan potensi ekonomi lokal. Kegiatan ini melibatkan
persiapan yang matang, observasi lapangan, dan pelaksanaan yang melibatkan ceramah, diskusi,
serta praktik langsung di homestay. Materi pelatihan mencakup pengelolaan homestay, pelayanan
tamu, praktik kebersihan, pengolahan sampah, dan pemasaran homestay secara digital. Evaluasi
proses pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa materi pelatihan dinilai relevan, metode pelatihan efektif,
dan partisipasi peserta baik. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan tersebut dianggap berhasil dan diharapkan
dapat mendukung pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal
di desa wisata lainnya
