Manuscript Review

The editor understands that manuscripts that enter the journal must be handled by editors who are experts in the field of the submitted manuscript. Therefore, the Editor in Chief will conduct an initial review to see the suitability of the manuscript with the aims and scope of the journal. If the manuscript is eligible for further processing, the editor-in-chief will assign one of the editorial member with expertise in the field of the submitted manuscript. The assignment aims to evaluate the content and academic contribution of the manuscript and then the editor will also assign reviewers who are experts in the field of the submitted manuscript.
