    Padaidi: Journal of Tourism Dedication  adalah jurnal nasional yang berisi hasil-hasil kegiatan pengabdian dan pemberdayaan masyarakat berupa penerapan berbagai bidang ilmu bidang Pariwisata.  Padaidi: Journal of Tourism Dedication  terbit dua kali setiap tahun, Januari-Juni dan Juli-Desember. 

    Klasifikasi Keilmuan Padaidi: Journal of Tourism Dedication yaitu Pariwisata (910.2) dengan Nomor SK ISSN 30481821/II.7.4/SK.ISSN/06/2024 . Sistem Open Access (Akses Terbuka) untuk akademisi, praktisi dan peneliti bidang pariwisata. 

     

  • INDONESIAN JOURNAL OF MARINE TOURISM (IJoMT)

    INDONESIAN JOURNAL OF MARINE TOURISM (IJoMT) publishes manuscripts that are original scientific papers that have never been published and are not in the process of being published in other printed or electronic media. Manuscripts submitted in substance must be by the focus and scope of INDONESIAN JOURNAL OF MARINE TOURISM (IJoMT) . The manuscript contains studies that strengthen the theory, evaluation of other research results, and policy provisions primarily aimed at community service or development in the tourism sector. The submitted manuscripts discuss issues or problems comprehensively, and the aim is to provide the latest information on the dynamics of activities in tourism community service in Indonesia. The journal accepts manuscripts written in Indonesian and English according to the journal's rules.

    Culinary arts is a complex study. It is not only about the processing of food ingredients into dishes where the application of culinary arts knowledge and skills is applied, and the characteristics of food ingredients and food, but also includes the professions of culinary artisans, commercial kitchen management, design and marketing of culinary products, to the relationship between culture and food, and culinary in tourism. 

    Journal of Toque & Apron (JT&A) is a platform for sharing knowledge sourced from research results, the results of conceptual-theoretical studies, and critical discourse thinking in the realm of culinary arts studies and the culinary world. This goal makes JT&A have no Article Processing Charge (APC) with high accessibility for free. 

    JT&A is published by Makassar Tourism Polytechnic and sponsored by Indonesian Chef Association. JT&A publication takes place twice a year (April & October), in two editions, namely the general edition and the special edition. 

  • International Conference on Marine Tourism and Hospitality Studies 2024

    Marine tourism is a type of tourism that is increasingly developing and becoming the choice of tourists worldwide. Indonesia has become a world tourism destination because of its natural maritime potential. The opportunity for Indonesia to become a centre for maritime-based destinations is enormous because of its geographical area, allowing international tourists to visit. The maritime region of Indonesia and the world has made maritime tourism a very growing trend. The variety of tourist activities in the maritime region makes maritime tourism an opportunity to develop tourism. However, there are obstacles or challenges in making the maritime region a marine tourism-based destination. Various issues arise along with the use of maritime areas as tourist locations. Therefore, an international conference is an effort to study marine tourism hospitality studies and allow academics to share their ideas on marine tourism and hospitality education.

    Higher education is vital in producing human resources that will develop marine tourism. The contribution of tourism higher education has proven to be at the forefront in producing graduates who work in tourism businesses, including in developing marine tourism. Higher tourism education produces tourism people who have a hospitality attitude and will work in the tourism industry. Sustainable marine tourism development will depend heavily on higher tourism education. Hospitality studies are an integral part of supporting the development of the tourism industry, including developing marine tourism. International conferences can be a forum for finding essential ideas for developing marine tourism and hospitality education.
