Focus and Scope

Wonderful – Journal of Tourism Destination accepts manuscripts employing any research methodology, provided that they meet rigorous scientific standards and address contemporary issues or themes in tourism studies, particularly those related to tourism destinations.

The journal is published with the aim of providing an academic platform for scholars and practitioners to exchange ideas, disseminate research findings, and promote the latest developments in tourism destination studies at local, national, and global levels. In addition, the journal seeks to expand and enrich the discourse on tourism destination development, especially within the Indonesian context and its global relevance.

All scientific articles are published in English to ensure broad accessibility for international readers and contributors. Editorial decisions are primarily based on the accuracy and reliability of data and findings, the clarity and objectivity of analysis and discussion, and the significance of the research contribution to the advancement of knowledge and practice in tourism destination studies.
