About the Journal
Wonderful – Journal of Tourism Destination is a peer-reviewed academic journal that applies a blind review process in the evaluation of submitted manuscripts, in which the identities of the authors are not disclosed to the reviewers. The journal aims to serve as a scholarly platform for interdisciplinary researchers in the tourism sector, while also functioning as a medium for communicating research findings to a broad audience, including educators, learners, researchers, scholars, and tourism practitioners.
The scope of the journal covers, but is not limited to, tourism, travel, recreation, events, conventions, tourism education and training, as well as other topics related to the tourism field. Manuscripts considered for publication are evaluated based on their relevance, clarity, thematic focus, and originality, as well as their potential to enhance knowledge, understanding, and skills, and their contribution to inspiring further development and research in tourism studies.
Current Issue
All documents in the published articles are accepted manuscripts for publication in the Wonderful edition: Journal of Tourism Destination. This edition is available online for the regular edition Vol. 1 No.2 (2026): July. All articles accepted in this edition are written by authors from various countries, and are citable.
