    INDONESIAN JOURNAL OF MARINE TOURISM (IJoMT) publishes manuscripts that are original scientific papers that have never been published and are not in the process of being published in other printed or electronic media. Manuscripts submitted in substance must be by the focus and scope of INDONESIAN JOURNAL OF MARINE TOURISM (IJoMT) . The manuscript contains studies that strengthen the theory, evaluation of other research results, and policy provisions primarily aimed at community service or development in the tourism sector. The submitted manuscripts discuss issues or problems comprehensively, and the aim is to provide the latest information on the dynamics of activities in tourism community service in Indonesia. The journal accepts manuscripts written in Indonesian and English according to the journal's rules.

The purpose of JT&A is to serve as a publication medium and share knowledge and skills related to the culinary world, with coverage - but not limited to; The profession of chef and commercial kitchen crew, Characteristics of non-processed and processed food and food ingredients, Application of culinary arts knowledge and skills in food processing and dish presentation, Commercial kitchen management, marketing of food products, restaurants by chefs, Socio-cultural perspectives on various food products, and; Culinary tourism, both studied based on various scientific perspectives.
